  • How do we get started on our new Accelerate Website?
    Once you have signed up and we have your contact details, the Hicaliber Team will work directly with you to start the process of tailoring your website to meet your individual needs. The Hicaliber Team will contact you to gather all required information so they can begin to design and build your customised website. They will communicate directly with you from the initial "Welcome" email right through until the site is launched.
  • How long does it take to build an Accelerate Website?
    Once the Hicaliber Team have received your logo, contact information and other content, they can usually have the website up and running in as little as a few days. However the average website takes about 2 weeks from start to finish, this allows you time to review and sign off as they go.
  • Where can I find pricing?

  • What support is offered once the website is launched?
    We offer unlimited phone and email support - 9am - 4pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.  We are based on the sunny Gold Coast in Australia. Support covers the following:
    • Assistance with content and imagery
    • Assistance with using the CMS to manage content
    • Guidance with other functions updates to the website (fees may apply if development is needed)
    We also perform regular maintenance on the hosting servers and code base, which helps to ensure your website is always "up" and is protected with the latest security patches.
  • What is included in the Website package?

  • How do I get help?
    We offer unlimited support for your website from 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday We are also available to assist with account enquiries 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday Go to our Contact Enquiry form to contact us.  
  • How do I get help with SEO or Marketing?
    SEO is a specialised area and requires regular ongoing work to the content on a website PLUS other specialist activities. As part of the setup of your website, we add BASIC SEO including adding the Yoast SEO plugin to manage SEO on the website. We also make sure the website is optimised for our SEO performance indicators such as speed, tags, correct URL structures, H1s etc. Unless your customers type your website URL directly into the browser address bar, they typically don't just "find a website", they need to be led there.  This is the reason for marketing and if you are not doing any form of advertising or SEO campaigns, you may want to consider one of our Digital Marketing Packages to drive more traffic to your website and generate leads.   • What information do we need to supply for our new Accelerate website?
    There are a few things we need from you before we can get started on building your new website, including:
    1. Logo files and any branding guidelines
    2. Content and images to be added to your new website
    3. Social media links and account login details
    4. Access to your domain (URL), if you already have one
    5. Login details for any other accounts we need to link to your website
    One of our friendly team members will be in touch shortly after signup to assist you through the process and get your new website ready for launch!
  • What if I haven’t got an existing domain name?
    Not a problem, we include 1 free domain registration in each of our packages. Simply supply us with your desired domain and we can register this on your behalf.
  • What if I already have an existing domain name?
    Great, if you have an existing domain and can provide access, we can use this instead of creating a new one. Alternatively if you would like a new domain name please let us know, 1 free domain name is included in each new website package.
